Smithing. A clear one to get raised, because of Dragon. Jagex has triumphed that Dragon Ore may be released. In the Q&A in which they had been asked about it, they didn't provide a direct answer, but did say the guards of the ore may not be happy. This was a reference to the Dragonkin, probably, but I am getting off subject. Dragon material isalso present, very infrequent. Why? It is not since it is feeble; currently, I wear rune, and would really like to have full Dragon even though I could wear Barrows. Besides certain weapons as well as the boots, it is rarely utilized in the sport only because in the time it has taken Jagex to discharge it all (and have they published it ) , better armors have come out, such as Barrows, and today we've got Bandos equipment that does not degrade. Making Dragon smithable would raise the amount, thus lowering the price and RuneScape gold making it more common.
Crafting. Initially, I realised that this did not have to expand upward, since all the major Ranging armor fits in nicely, and we really do not need new D'hide stuff. I then understood I was missing something: Magic. In Dungeoneering and Stealing Creation, we could use Crafting to make Magic robes. Presently, we can only craft Battlestaves, that can be basically useless as weapons. To place Magic into the Combat Triangle, we would have to bring some true defense against melee that is lacking today. The only bit of Magic Armor that offers defense is your Arcane Spirit Shield. There are others, like Ahrim's robes, Lunar armor, Splitbark and Skeletal, but these are fair, in my view. I realize the fundamental Mage armor is robes, but it's not just robes. It is magical robes. Surely a mage could enchant his robes to block melee attacks? If you can prevent an entire individual from moving through Bind spells, surely you can stop their weapon out of cutting you? If Crafting were enlarged upwards, possibly at higher levels, you could make special Mage robes, and then enchant them through Runecrafting or Magic.
Structure. I can not consider anything Jagex can add to warrant sending the level to 120, but presently, the ability is full. There is things you unlock in the 90s, so if they would like to add Mithril Dragons to your POH, a larder which has even more components and let us you withdraw them faster, or even a telescope that is slightly more precise telling you about Shooting Stars, they might raise the cap.
Herblore. I'm pretty sure this won't get increased, as Extreme Potions are true to cheap RS gold their titles, and we do not need anything more powerful. If they opt to add a Saradomin Elixir (Saradomin Brew + something else, heals more than Saradomin Brew and doesn't lower stats), they have room for this.
